Nancy Merkel founded "Morning Glory Music",and brought the Music Together^® to Manalapan in 2000. Although music always played an important part in her life, she made it her career in 1992 when she began her studies in Piano Pedagogy at the New School for Music Study in Kingston, NJ where she studied with Frances Clark. She maintains an active piano studio in Manalapan, NJ and is an adjunct professor in the Music Department of Brookdale Community College. Nancy discovered Music Together as a "Music Together Mom", having attended classes with her daughter in Princeton.
Nancy completed her MSW degree from Adelphi University, NY.

Elana Eng has been a Music Together mom since 2001. She has always been involved in music since starting piano lessons as a youngster. Throughout her life hse has been involved in various instrumental groups and singing choirs. Currently she is a member of the St. Mary's handbell choir and Upper Octave, a singing group. Elana completed her Music Together training in Princeton in 2006. She also holds a bachelors degree in Economics from Russel Sage College, Troy, NY. She lives in Manalapan with her husband and 2 children.
